Is There 'Something' Beyond Us?

Ep 16: So, is there 'something' beyond us? Some people think there is, others say there isn't and that life on Earth as we know it is all that there is.

Sorry for the poor light in this video, and also for the not so good editing in part of it, but I posted it up anyway because it was important for me to share it with you. Vx

Here are the time notes:

00.00  Intro, is it all my imagination? The ‘creative paranormal’ imagination of film makers   and the effect it can have on our minds. The safety mechanism of our intuitions.

8.30    ‘Asleep’ during my early life……..

11.00  ‘Woken up’ gradually from my mid thirties onwards. Endless proof given that there was ‘something’ beyond us.

13.00 The house moves, the relevance of ‘55’,  ‘unseen’ For Sale sign, ‘High Wycombe’ given during a reading,( phone readings mentioned ). Lots of proof given via incoming voices.

38.00 More about giving readings. The passing over of the elderly man.

46.00  Advice for you. l

Thankyou for sharing time with me, and I hope you visit again soon.
In love and light

  1. I believe there's something beyond. I call It God, others call it universe, supernatural power, Nature etc...
What bothers me is this: I believe God is good, benevolent, loves us. I pray to Him for help and guidance.
Who does the bad in our life, then? They say God is omnipotent ; He does both the good and the bad, and we have to accept both with kindness.
What's your view on that, Vera?

  2. That's so sad about the man in the care home, it's nice that you were able to give him some comfort though.

    1. Deb, I read a comment you made about your father, but have 'lost' it! Sorry about that.
There were others in the care home as well who I helped in the late stages of their life, just before they were due to pass over. One elderly man in particular seemed to wait until I was on shift before he let go of this life and passed over. It was a wonderful feeling to know that I had helped him make a peaceful transition between this life and the next!
Thankyou for leaving a comment, Deb. It is nice to know who you are. Vx

    2. I'm not sure if that comment was mine Vera, but I did message you using the message box on the side, I wasn't sure if it came through though.

    3. It did, Debbie, and I have just replied! Vx

  3. DUTA, bless you.... as ever you get me thinking about things, but I don't think I can answer you in a simple way. I am sorry about this, but think I shall make a YouTube video about this in the future, and ask God / the Universe to help me in the making of it. But for now, I see 'God' as the best of parents, guiding us when we need help, standing back and letting us work through the various life lessons, both good and bad, which come our way, because it is these lessons which make us strong in ourselves. Knowing this loving energy as I do gives me the understanding that God never does 'bad', but that there are other elements present in our world which create this 'badness'. Vx

    1. Yes, I thought so - "other elements", perhap those called by some "angels of destruction".

    2. Duta, I do not speak much about those 'angels of destruction' / 'dark forces' but I have had experience of them when helping people become well in themselves.
As always, Duta, you have raised an interesting question, and thank you for doing so. Vx

  4. Thank you for sharing this Vera. I know many who see it will appreciate it as do I. Duta and Vera: I think that as we are given that blessing of free choice, there are inevitably both good and bad things that come with it. That is what free choice is. I always look at it as I look at where religion came from, -that which brings us all together, comes from 'god' that which divides us comes from man. What really frys my brain is not the 'What?', or the 'how' beyond us, of but the 'Why?',the 'what for' and 'to what end?'.

    1. Hello Paul, and thank you for your very interesting comment on what is a complicated subject.

You are right about ‘that which brings us together comes from God, and that which divides us comes from man’, which I find quite easy to understand, but the ‘why, what for, and to what end’ is another matter. I understand that we have life lessons to learn during our time here on earth, and I understand that when we pass over we take that learning with us. Why we do that, I do not know.

I understand that our souls (housed in our hearts) are the connecting link between us and ‘that which is beyond’ and that the soul is an electrical energy sitting in our physical bodies which are made up of natural chemicals. All this I can understand. How those life learnings translate into that electrical energy, I do not know.

When a greater force merges with me to do the work of helping others, a greater force which is an electrical energy coming from I know not where, I do not question what is happening but instead go with the flow because I know that it is for the greater good, both for myself and others.

I used to question why and what for, but now have reached an acceptance that there are things which I do not need to know for the time being, but that when I pass over I shall find out.
Meanwhile, I concentrate on connecting daily with the energies which are beyond us, and work with them when called upon to do so.

Paul, thank you for making this comment. It is good that you make these questions, but sometimes it is better to accept that there are things which are best left alone. But is it that you are questioning your life? Where you are going in life? The reasons why things are as they are for you? Then look for the signposts which are around you, and pay attention to your intuition. You will be being guided from those greater forces / God.

Hope I have been of help. Vx

  5. Interesting to think about. I do believe there are things which we don't know or see or can imagine beyond us.

    1. Romance Reader, it is good to be aware of there being something beyond us. For me, it gives me a sense of security that I am being watched over! Vx

    1. Thank you for your concern and, funnily enough, I am just about to start making more videos! For the last couple of months I have been having a major sort out of my work area, which then went into other parts of the house. It took far longer than I expected but has been worth the effort.
Bless you, I feel as if you have added to the nudges being given to me by the Universe to get me back in the saddle with YouTube, and for that I, once again, must thank you. Vx

Thankyou for taking the time to leave a comment, but if you don't have the time...... then thank you for visiting anyway. Vx

Trust......

Trust = a firm belief in the relationship, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.  (from internet, Oxford Languages) I find it...
